STAGES OF WORK

The law of any successfully completed project says: «You need to go from the general to the paticular». That's what we do.

LAYOUT
After measuring the premises, we develop a layout. A layout, or master plan, is a drawing on which we show the volumes and areas of all rooms, arrange all the furniture and plumbing, and think about some interior solutions.

The number of options depends on the source data, but there will be a minimum of three. The first stage also includes a plan for dismantling walls (in some cases we will need advice from a special contractor), erecting walls, a construction plan, a plan indicating areas and perimeters.
VISUALIZATION
Understanding the volumes and content of the premises, we move on to developing the visual part. First, we can make some lightweight visual images: collages, selections, boards to show you the direction of movement of creative thought. This speeds up the visualization process, the most extensive stage of the project. And after agreeing on the general parameters of the interior, we will make full sketches.

We include in our sketches both items from specific manufacturers and those items that we will subsequently make to order.
WORKING DRAWINGS
In the third stage, we develop engineering systems (electrical and lighting, plumbing, ventilation, air conditioning), floor and ceiling plans, filling openings, laying out finishing materials (stone, porcelain tiles, parquet), detailed plumbing connections, wall layouts indicating all decorative, finishing and electrical elements. We show the details of built-in and custom furniture and kitchen composition in as much detail as possible.

Detailed and graphically clear drawings can significantly reduce the number of errors that the work crew can make.
SPECIFICATION
In the last stage of the project, statements are compiled for all finishing materials, doors, ventilation equipment, carpentry, lighting equipment, electrical equipment, furniture, plumbing, and textiles.
