The city. However, frequent flights, a busy work schedule make returning to a country house not always convenient. In order not to waste time on the way home, the customer purchased a small apartment in the center of Moscow. To create a light, "refreshing" interior, he invited the architect Maxim Novinkov, who at one time was engaged in the construction and decoration of his house.
We managed to "squeeze out" the maximum benefit from the original layout - the space is organized extremely ergonomically. A living room combined with a kitchen, a bedroom with a bathroom, a guest room and a dressing room - there is everything and even more for a comfortable life. From a design point of view, it was not so easy to assemble the space. A lot of corners, niches and ledges could not be masked even by zoning. In order to somehow level the effect, to divert attention from the "angular" space, the architect decorated the walls with white plaster overlays, made the doors white: in this way, the surfaces no longer looked too fractional, and the space as a whole became more monolithic.
The overall "picture" was enlivened by bright spots of a refreshing blue-blue color - a blue apron and a carpet, which brought variety to the monochromatic interior. "At first there were big doubts whether the carpet would be too dark a spot on a white background," - Maksim notes, "however, it fit perfectly into the interior, supporting the bright splashback in the kitchen, which in turn was necessary to set off the light kitchen furniture. Another accent in the living room is a transparent coffee table. It did not appear by chance, its task is not to clutter up the space with additional textures and not cover the carpet."
Architecture used the technique, which made the whole interior feel like a collected interior — in every room there should be something general in finishing. In particular, there is approximately the same layout of the wall(painting and plaster moldings). Floors in the public zone are lined with engineering boards in the form of a Sheremetyevo star, coated with a special moisture-resistant composition, so that it can be used in the kitchen.

Maksim Novinkov has been involved in architecture and interiors for more than eight years. During this time, the architect managed to work on interiors in different formats and styles, from fifty-meter apartments to a huge sports complex. As Maxim admits, working on a project is a method of successive refinements.
At right, a competent approach interior adds up by itself in a single composition, in which every element lines up one to one, like in a puzzle, needing just "remove all unnecessary". Initially all rooms were projected in close gray -beige shades. Worked on color shame for other project, architecture painted for it, sketch green bedroom and somehow speak on a completely off topic, he showed this to customer. The sketch so sunk into the soul of the customer that they decided to make the bedroom in his apartment in the same color. I only had to re-approve the shade five times to achieve the perfect resemblance.
