Work on the implementation of the project being created was carried out by the architect on a turnkey basis - with the involvement of his own construction team and the organization of all deliveries of furniture, lamps and plumbing. Such an approach to the case ensured the full compliance of the result obtained with the author's intention.

Careful study of the design made it possible for the customer to select finishing materials and furnishings at the best prices, calculate the exact budget of the project in advance and save a lot of time on trips to shopping centers and construction markets.
The minimum number of load-bearing partitions made it possible to carry out redevelopment, as a result of which a third bathroom was added to the list of premises. The main part of the first floor of the two-level apartment is occupied by the guest bedroom and a single space of the living room, dining room and kitchen. On the second level there is a personal room of the owners, a children's room, two bathrooms and two dressing rooms. The hall located in the center is used as an office.
The successful concept of the project became the basis for creating a stylish, elegant home. Beveled lines of niches made using plasterboard constructions, plastic suspended ceilings with rounded lines, emphasized by LED lighting, sculptural forms of furniture and lamps bring harmony and an atmosphere of comfort to the interior. Particular attention is paid to lighting. Built-in spotlights are combined with accent chandeliers and floor lamps. A large number of LED strips emphasizes the original curves of multi-level ceilings.

The design of the premises is united by a common color scheme, built on the contrast of light tones and rich shades of natural wood. Such a restrained palette of natural colors is enlivened by bright spots of textiles, paintings and accessories.
A unified interior concept can be read already in the hall, where the lines of the ceiling elements, which set the direction of movement from the entrance to the panoramic windows of the living room, are repeated in the pattern of the mosaic border on the floor. Large mirrors on the walls visually expand the space. The free space under the stairs is used rationally: there are sliding wardrobes made according to the sketches of the author of the project.

The combination of expressive textures of wood and stone looks especially interesting in the design of the living room, dining room and kitchen. The floor covering with an expressive pattern in the sofa area is made of American walnut. This material matches well with the Bianco Carrara white marble used for the kitchen floor. It has a custom-made headset from the Italian factory Cesar. It is interesting because wood (walnut) and stone are also combined on its facades.
The dining group (Porada, Italy), consisting of a wide extendable table made of solid wood and elegant armchairs, is located next to a panoramic window overlooking the city. The design of its wooden elements rhymes with the whimsical lines of Italian-made pendant lamps (Italamp), reminiscent of fantastic flowers.

The rooms on the second floor are also designed in a modern and elegant style. In the study, near the column between the windows, there is a bio-fireplace - a symbol of the hearth. Next to it there is a cozy seating area with armchairs from Giorgetti (Italy).
In the bedroom, the matte texture of suede on the headboard contrasts with the mirror surfaces of the partition that separates the room from the dressing room and the inserts on both sides of the bed, creating the effect of multiple reflections.

The guest room is bright and elegant. White walls, ceiling and furniture visually expand the small space. The main accents of the interior are linear niches in the false ceiling with dark wood trim and spotlights, pink curtains and a floor lamp from the Italian factory Fabbian in a minimalist style.

Bathrooms are decorated with spectacular mosaic panels.
