«The layout of the apartment was extremely unsuccessful: there is only one window in the living room, and even then in the very corner, overlooking the balcony. At the same time, the customers wanted to get a very bright interior," recalls Maksim Novinkov. "That's why I proposed to them the concept of "white top, colored bottom": everything above the waist, with the exception of the kitchen, is made as white as possible. The color is concentrated at the bottom. Dark details are designed to emphasize the white base.
