The layout includes all the necessary premises and zones for maximum comfort of the hostess. An elongated hall visually divides the apartment into two parts: private and guest. In the center (due to the location of communications), a laundry room, a bathroom and a dressing room adjacent to the bedroom were placed. Light pale cream walls, subtle shades of greenish, pale pink and white, classic wall moldings, coffered ceilings and an abundance of mirrors expand the narrow space of the hall, softening its proportions.
The right portal leads to the living room. The dark massive floor board, the combination of dark and light cabinet furniture, the spacious sofa and armchairs against the backdrop of the classical design of the walls and ceiling caissons, the large light soft carpet create a feeling of comfort and lightness at the same time. Delicate pastel shades of lilac, gray-green, pinkish and sandy tones become a continuation of the subtle atmosphere of the cool fragility of the beloved canvas placed in the center of the living room. A light mirrored portal frames the view of the kitchen. In the kitchen, they also played with colors: furniture, a lot of glass, delicate tones, a "cheerful" multi-colored apron and a white carpet of "terrazzo" tiles spread on the floor. A wooden round table and soft golden and lilac chairs complete the picture of comfort and summer mood.
The master bedroom resembles an exotic delicate flower in a classic vase. The symmetry is deliberately broken in this room: the mother will live in the apartment alone, and the architect suggested not to put a second bedside table, but to use the space for a bookcase. Textile panels at the head of the bed repeat the pattern of the wallpaper on the opposite wall. The "Chinese" design of the door to the dressing room, the oriental motifs of the chest of drawers and cabinets complement the light and marvelous aroma of the exotic. The calm finish of the bathroom with two-tone marble balances the entire decor of the apartment. And only a round mirror, a black washbasin cabinet, the shape of a faucet and a shower bring in a light tonality of the classics.
