Residential interiors in the historical center of Moscow, of course, are always associated with the classics, even if we are talking about modern buildings. But the metropolitan rhythm of life dictates more universal and no less aesthetic solutions, so the architect proposed a neoclassical style for this project.

The customers purchased an apartment in a premium new building located in Zamoskvorechye, and, according to the plan, its interior should match both the elite place and the exterior of the house. In addition, they planned to rent out housing, so when registering it, it was necessary to provide for any requests from future tenants. The author of the project immediately proposed neoclassical style - the style is quite flexible and optimally suited for modern premises.
The center of the apartment occupies a single space of the living room-kitchen with a small dining area by the window. Compared to other rooms, its design is more classical, with plaster moldings on the walls, contrasting warm and cold colors. The current coffee and milk shades of the furniture, which are emphasized by the blue-gray tone of the carpet and curtains, support the color of the solid parquet floor.

Chandeliers from Eichholtz (Netherlands) with antique silver fittings are located only in the central part of the living room, thus emphasizing its importance in the overall structure of the premises. A compact kitchen area with a composition from Arredo 3 (Italy) was placed in a niche. A simple, elegant "island" serves as both an additional work surface and storage space.
On one side of the living room-kitchen there is a hall with a guest bathroom, which is used both as a laundry room, and a guest bedroom with a dressing room, on the other side there is a master block with a bedroom, a seating area on an attached balcony and a bathroom.

In the master bedroom, the wall at the head of the bed by Roy Bosh (USA) is decorated with soft panels and mirrors, thanks to which the space looks multidimensional. The guest bedroom with a separate large dressing room is more intimate, its accents are a decorative mirror in an amber-colored mirrored frame and vintage-style table lamps.
According to the architect, the great success of the project was that it was possible to place everything that the customers wanted in a modest space, and the most difficult thing was to meet the tight deadlines: only six months passed from the start of work to the delivery of the finished object.

In addition, the author of the project carefully chose accent elements - a bright soft stool for the hall, paintings for the living room, but the main role in creating the interior image was played by the ergonomic arrangement of furniture, the texture of the coatings and cozy velvety textiles.
